I redeemed a razer gold pin around 11 o'clock last night, but it did not arrive in my account. The transaction displayed as ‘’pending‘’, but it still did not arrive at 9 o'clock this morning. Then I redeemed another razer gold pin, and it also happened. I submitted a work order, but so far, my two pins are still ‘’pending‘’，
