Redeeming and claiming Items using Razer Silvers

so just to make things clear for me i want to ask a couple of questions base on my understanding on redeeming and claiming items is that: 1. When you redeem an item you will get a voucher for the item right? 2. then the voucher will be emailed to you. 3. you can use the voucher on the razer online store 4. you need to find the same item for the voucher (but before you redeem an item make sure its in stock on the razer store online 5. then buy the item on the razer store online then type in the voucher code in the codes etc. so thats what i know, now for the questions 1. what will happen now after you put the voucher code? 2. will you just place the order and put your delivery address and just fill up the things like billing address etc.? 3. when you put the voucher does the price will be gone or slashed $0? 4. basically what is the whole process after you put the code? Hi Ansatsu16, 1. Once you click Add to Cart, you will be directed to your Shopping Cart. There will a checkbox to enter the Promo Code/ Voucher Code you redeemed. The Promo Code/ Voucher Code will deduct the items price excluding Actual sales tax and shipping fee. (Usually tax is not applicable unless your country customs decided to charge you). 2. Yes. You will place the order by click the Proceed to Checkout. At the next page, you will required to fill in your Billing Address & Shipping Address(If Shipping address is different than billing.) After you have fill in everything, next page is payment page that required. They only accept Visa®, MasterCard®, EuroCard, Discover®, American Express®, Diner’s Club®, and JCB, as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies. 3. When you put the voucher, the price of the items you choose will be deducted under Discount* until $0. Shipping fees is excluded in this discount/promo code/voucher code unless your code is for free shipping. 4. The above is basically all the whole process after you add item to cart and put the code to the correct section.

thank you for the reply oh i get it now so i still need to fill up the payment page i still need to put my credit card huh? will i be charged? oh so the shipping fees is excluded so i have to pay for the shipping fees? via credit card or what? thank you again for the answer!

Hi Ansatsu16, You will be charged for the shipping fees either using Visa®, MasterCard®, EuroCard, Discover®, American Express®, Diner’s Club®, and JCB, as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies OR Wire Transfer depending on which option you choose at the payment page.

wait wait wait i have another question does the razer store accept virtual visa credit card? and i heard of the shipping cutoff because of this incoming holiday. what exactly does that mean?

RAZER.COM HOLIDAY SEASON UPDATES Shipping Cut Off Order by December 15, 2019 to ensure your orders arrive before December 25, 2019. The cut off does not apply to Razer Customs products.

I have another question, When redeeming a voucher it lets you choose which region right? you have to pick what region you are right? So heres the question 1.if i choose Philippines region cause im from the Philippines can i use that code in just the razer store online even if its the US online store 2. Or does it have to be the Asia PH razer store online?

Hi Ansatsu16, 1. No. You CANNOT use it for other region RazerStore if you choose Philippines Region when redeeming the voucher. 2. Yes.You ONLY can use it for RazerStore Asia Pacific Philippines if you choose Philippines Region.
