Serious Top-Up PIN issue
Hi,
I opened a ticket Ticket ID: 18001074. I created 9 x $100 Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN from my account within 5 pm to 6:35 pm from my account and gave those Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN to my brother to reload on his account but he only able to reload 4 PINs and another 5 PINs are showing "Failed to Reload". When I knocked on LIVE CHAT they told me that those 5 PINS are already used. They told me that all those PINs are used within 10-15 minutes after I created those PINs. In the whole time I sat on my laptop, so there is no way other people can use those PINs. One of my Friend faced the same problem which you solved after complaining few times, here is his ticket number: 17197489 . Please check the issue of this ticket number: 17197489 then you can relate my problem with it. My friend created the PIN on 19th march and you told him that his code is used on 17th March. Mr Paramesvaran & amp; Nurfarah solve his issue. And recently your system behaves strangly, sometimes system don't ask for 2 Step verification when we create Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN. Could you please forward this issue to proper department so that they can check the issue? It's a serious issue, people will loose faith on Razer if it continues. Please take this matter seriously.
