Synapse3 Problem and trying to find answer from support team tier2


someone helps me windows 10 Pro version-1909 11.11.2019(install time) 18363.657-Build synapse 3.5.16.10714 RAM 32GB GPU NVIDIA Geforce CTX 1080Ti Gigabyte CPU intel core i9-9900k CPU @3.60GHz Motherboard Asus Z370-h Gaming SSD 970Evo plus 1Tb m2 1st i buy razer basilisk and synapse v3 was fine then i bought razer huntsman elite and nari ultimate and it works perfect, but when i buy razer base station chroma synapse go mad!!! sometimes chroma base station(cbs) could shutdown and and i do evberything i put usb on every port!!! i use isopropyl alcohol to clean everything but it not helps me. okay i think i will not use 3 ports. then was problem with nari ultimate (NU)!!! it is like you put out usb stick and put in usb port. then was problem with NU that it doesnt get normal sound!(i mean that it make 3 virtual sound products: 1-thx 2-narigame 3-narichat. and the problem was that i can use only game or chat and thx doesnt make sound!!! Ok i think call our Russian razer man Razer.ru- official and they say for me that it should work like that!!! i say no and they say that our nari works like that!!! okay i prove them i delete some framework upgrade! some KB upgrade and it works fine(it makes me to find 2 days) i say razer.ru that connects me by teamviewer and proof them and i make video that it works!!!) but it works when bcs is not turn on! please could you connect by whatsapp telegram or phone to make 1 decision to make this all work because i wanna buy razer basilisk ultimate but 1st i afraid that i doesnt works fine,
