hi, i need help, i cant download razer synapse, the program just give me error when it is in 100%

i dont know what to do, please help me

    Any screenshot of the error?

    Did you’ve tried to reboot PC, install it again but as administrator? If you have some AV / Firewall software, then you might try to disable it for a moment.

    So I’d also try cleanup Windows temp for eg. with CCleaner, then reboot PC.

    Any errors in Windows Event viewer (some appcrashes)?
