Crossfire PH Ecoin transaction still pending

As from the title, my transaction has been pending for 2 hours now. I don’t know what to do, and my transaction this time was quite a big amount. Hopefully, a support agent notices this post and raise my concern to the Razer Gold Team.

Edit: Already made a ticket for this. Can’t contact any support agent too.
