Purchased the nari ultimates and they came really quickly despite current happenings, sound output is amazing, really happy with that, however, i feel like i have to shout with the mic basically in my mouth for people to hear me :slightly_sad: for a £200 mic this is not something i would expect... I am playing on xbox with other xbox players and am in an xbox party, internet is fine, im basically ontop of my xbox so connection between headset and xbox is fine, i can only conclude a bad quality mic.

    Hi, I just received my headset last week and having found there is an issue with the mic and lots of customers complaining about the mic, has there been a fix for this or should I return and buy something else?

    You can either return it and get a new one or something different, or open a claim with razer and have them send you a replacement. The bad mic is a very well known issue with this headset.
