I have gotten the razer blackshark v2 and I have registered it on your website it says Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.I dont understand please send me the activation code I have sent a email as well.I just want the 7.1 activation code for my headphones.

Because it’s not eligible.
It’s THX Spatial audio enabled. No activation needed. Just install Synapse, and it’ll be available through Audio->Mixer tab.

It’s actually Audio → Sound tab as on screenshot (they’ve probably changed it in some update) - you have THX Spatial audio enabled.

Is it selected as default audio output (in windows audio settings)?
when I rightclick on thx and configure speakers select 7.1 there is no sound and when I put thx as deafult device no sound when I put 7.1 as deafult device no sound when I put the sound card as deafult device then I get audio

You have external THX Spatial app and 7.1 Surround app - you don’t need them, as you have THX Spatial supported via Synapse software - uninstall them first please.

To enjoy the THX Spatial experience, you no longer need to select 'THX Spatial - Synapse' as the Windows Output device in your Windows Sound settings, simply select your Razer headsets in the Windows Sound settings and head over to the Sound tab in Razer Synapse 3 to switch between the Stereo and THX Spatial Audio modes!
So just be sure, you have THX Spatial enabled within Synapse.
Fiszpl thank just one last thing why isnt my razer usb sound card being recognized by the software I watched the razer support video it didnt do anything
