It’s THX Spatial audio enabled. No activation needed. Just install Synapse, and it’ll be available through Audio->Mixer tab.

It’s actually Audio → Sound tab as on screenshot (they’ve probably changed it in some update) - you have THX Spatial audio enabled.

Is it selected as default audio output (in windows audio settings)?

when I rightclick on thx and configure speakers select 7.1 there is no sound and when I put thx as deafult device no sound when I put 7.1 as deafult device no sound when I put the sound card as deafult device then I get audio

You have external THX Spatial app and 7.1 Surround app - you don’t need them, as you have THX Spatial supported via Synapse software - uninstall them first please.

Yes, you have to restart PC.

If after restart THX Spatial is not available, please do steps below to clean-reinstall Synapse software:

1. Uninstall Synapse
2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
3. Then restart your PC
4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

To enjoy the THX Spatial experience, you no longer need to select 'THX Spatial - Synapse' as the Windows Output device in your Windows Sound settings, simply select your Razer headsets in the Windows Sound settings and head over to the Sound tab in Razer Synapse 3 to switch between the Stereo and THX Spatial Audio modes!

So just be sure, you have THX Spatial enabled within Synapse.
