I am on windows 10 64. I downloaded the 7.1 sound intaller but when I run it I get an error ‘Server Access Unavailable, please check your network connection’
I have followed the advice to allow exceprions through the firewall and even turned off the antivirus and firewall but I still get the same message.
Is there anything else i can try, oh and this happens on both of my computers. My headset is a Kraken X.

The same problem, i tried everything like Jim, even VPN services didn’t help.

Seems to be a consistent problem over the years but have never seen any fix besides a youtube video that didn’t work
OK, so, this is strange. I tried one last time this morning to install the software and it installed without issue on my windows 11 pc.I didnt do anything differently, so it might have been a glitch at their end.
