7.1 surround has stopped working. Some network issue keeps showing up (Reconnecting)

For about a couple of weeks ago, my 7.1 surround stopped working due to the app showing reconnecting at all times and not working at all.

I reinstalled it too but still no use. Now if i login into the account it shows logging in and then the window closes. You can see the app and razerengine app running in the task manager and minimized in the notification area but if you right click it, it gives the option of login, again.

7.1 surround sound options shows up in audio devices but if you select it no sound plays as no device is connected to it I guess.

I have Blackshark V2 and it was all working fine up until just some weeks ago. 

Any help would be appreciated. (Win 11)
