7.1 Surround Software problem

so i recently bought the black shark v2 x, everything is great except the razer 7.1 surround software. the problem is, the sound kinda distorted or muzzled (im not sure how to describe it but i dont feel satisfied). but when i turn it off & on again, everything sounds perfectly great. the second problem is, i need to that method everytime i wanna turn on my laptop & every single of my games. its very frustating to do such a thing. anyone has or had such experience?

    So just to re-confirm, you face the distortion and sound muzzle when you enable to 7.1 surround via the synapse? Pertaining that part, did you try fiddling with the equalizer in the synapse while syncing the Black Shark V2's, if not please try that and see whether the sound problem gets fixed.

    No, i dont use via synapse, its just the software itself (like in the picture). Edit: (dont mind the warning sign, im just using default audio because i dont want to use the razer software right now xd)

    Can you switch all the audio devices and make the Black Shark V2 and try
