Hello. I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-0324), but the 7.1 activation scratch card was not included with my headset. I also no longer have the original box, and the serial number sticker on the headset has been worn off and is no longer readable. I have proof of purchase (receipt). Could you please help me verify the product and provide a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code?

You need to register your headset first and once done, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent via email. When and where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
