Subject: 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Not Received
Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X Wired Gaming Headset and successfully registered the product with my Razer account.
However, I have not received the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. On the activation page, it says that the code has been sent to my email address, but I have checked my inbox, Spam/Junk, and other folders multiple times and there is no activation code.
I have also tried requesting/resending the activation code several times, but the website keeps saying that the code has been sent without me receiving anything.

Could you please check my registration and send me the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code again, or provide me with a new activation code?
