yeah ive got the same problem and ive already pm'd a moderator here but ive gotten no response yet...

PM me the headset's serial number, the email address associated with your Razer ID, and the error message that pops up when activating the Surround Sound. I can use those to check the registration status of your device and verify if there's an allocated code in your account.
