7.1 Surround sound gives error Crete an association in the defult apps

So i got myself the Blackhawk v2 x 

And when I try to install the razer headset software I get the error that says I have to choose , a default  apps setting page 

and when i select  ,  the deulift app its not listed there 

 

PLEASE HELP
