So here I am again having technical issues with my Razer products, which didn't happen before. (I'm a Razer user since November 2022, all my accessories are Razer products: Mouse, headset, keyboard.)
So first I had trouble logging in which as mentioned before is a month ago, now I cannot select my sound output in 7.1 surround sound. It's greyed out.
Is anybody from Razer willing to take a position on this?

Keep in mind I did not have this problem before, so I do understand that here and there technical issues can happen. My point is a company such as Razer is dealing with these kinds of issues the last month or so are you guys dealing with the difficulty?
I'm waiting for a response from someone or for the issue to be solved as soon as possible.
I have paid for a Razer standard, which you guys are advertising.
