So here I am again having technical issues with my Razer products, which didn't happen before. (I'm a Razer user since November 2022, all my accessories are Razer products: Mouse, headset, keyboard.)

 

So first I had trouble logging in which as mentioned before is a month ago, now I cannot select my sound output in 7.1 surround sound. It's greyed out.

 

Is anybody from Razer willing to take a position on this?

 

Even before asking me for it, here is the screenshot:

 

 

Keep in mind I did not have this problem before, so I do understand that here and there technical issues can happen. My point is a company such as Razer is dealing with these kinds of issues the last month or so are you guys dealing with the difficulty?

 

I'm waiting for a response from someone or for the issue to be solved as soon as possible.

I have paid for a Razer standard, which you guys are advertising.

I did also notice that I am unable to submit a case, it just redirects me again to the same page.

 

Does anyone else have the same issues? How are we supposed to contact with someone from Razer?

 

Are we just left alone, to help ourselves? LOL?


Update:

I reinstalled the 7.1 APP, and it's working now….. 😫
