7.1 surround sound invalid activation code

I bought the razer blackshark v2x headset on november 22nd. I want to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. For this I registered the product and received an activation code. However, when i put the activation code sent to me in the Thx Spatial Audio app it said that the activation code sent to me wasnt valid  I would like to be given a valid activation code.

    Read the manual, and install proper application. THX Spatial is definetively not the right one. https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound
