Recently i bought a barracuda x 2022 headset, everything works find but the 7.1 surround sound system seems doesn't work at all. I followed the procedure of downloading the 7.1 software, activating goes well but the software just doesn’t show my device. I tried to use wired, 2.4hz and bluetooth to connect my headphone but it all shows that 7.1 is not available, i even tried to reinstall new sound driver and update in my win 10 laptop, is there anything else i can try?My laptop is ROG zephyrus G15 2021 (GA503Q), win 10 22H2
