7.1 Surround Sound program wont load properly

So I just got a Razer BlackShark v2 X. I scratched off the activation code to get the item registered on my account and downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound program. It prompted me to log in and I did, but than nothing pops up. I go to the bottom right of the task bar to check the program, it says it is on, but when I click on it nothing happens but a small window above it to directs to me a website that is my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times now with nothing changing. I ended up registering the product to my account manually... but the program still does not work. I am rather at a lost. I have ran it in admin mode and it still wont let me use it, I tried to run it in compatibility mode and it still wont work. My pc is a 64-bit system, so that shouldn't be an issue. In the debug I get this error over and over again. [1209/124735.207:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified.
