7.1 Surround Sound saying its "unplugged"

Help. My 7.1 surround sound is saying its unplugged. I've reinstalled it, tried to update the drivers. Fully deleted the drivers. Restarted my computer. I've done everything! Please help!

so friend, I also had this problem. support did not help. I left it out, it's sad I don't have 100% of the phone

is the 7.1 surround option appearing under playback devices? if not I have the same issue

no. it just names it as "speakers". which its supposed to. it was named speakers even when it was working.
