7.1 Surround Sound. Sound problem

Raazer Kraken. 7.1 surround sound - on When start music or any game I hear "muffled" sound (not sure is this right word or not - "muffled"), it can be fixed if I turn "off" and then back "on" Surround Sound in the app, sound becomes way better after this. So, every time I start a game I must turn "off" and "on" Surround Sound, otherwise sound will be "muffled". Simply put, after headphones "rest" a bit (about 10-20 sec), next sound will be "muffled" untill you "off" --> "on" Surround Sound. Tested it on another PC - same.     Please check out the steps from this article. Were you able to replicate the behavior by connecting the Razer Kraken to another computer? Otherwise, uninstall your Razer-related files/software by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Restart your PC, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.

    Please check out the steps from this article. Were you able to replicate the behavior by connecting the Razer Kraken to another computer? Otherwise, uninstall your Razer-related files/software by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Restart your PC, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.
    Problem is still here. It is also shows up on another computer. About Razer Synapse 3.0 I don't use any Razer Synapse (3.0 or 2.0), I only use 7.1 Surround Sound app. Based on this list and this, my device not supported by Synapse (3.0 or 2.0), I have just Razer Kraken (without X, V3, ultimate, or something else). Ofcourse I tried install Synapse 3.0 and 2.0, but they don't see my device. So, second option

    I applied to 7.1 Surround Sound app. As I said above, problem is still here.

    Thanks for pointing that out! Have you replicated this behavior by connecting the headset to another computer or without a 7.1 Surround Sound installed?
