I hope your doing well

My black shark v2 + USB sound card did not come with an activation code for the 7.1 surround sound. I already registered my product but the e-mail that arrived just confirms that my razer product registration is complete, what do to now ???

Need help .....

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 (Razer USB Sound Card) doesn’t support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset. I suggest taking a look at this link that provides detailed instructions on how to configure THX Spatial Audio on Razer Synapse. I’ve also replied to your PM. Let’s continue from there.
