Activation code invalid (Kraken X)

So, i just today bought a kraken x and i went and had to set up everything it went well, when it came to razer surround it did not work, i had first put in my activation code and what not, it said there was no connection to be made, so i went to firewall and fixed the issue of no connection, and now its saying that the activation code is invalid, i tried but nothing will work, i tried registering my product to razer and of course no activation code still.
