I recently purchased a "Razer Blackshark V2 X" headset from a major authorized retailer in my region (eMAG). The box arrived in what looked like new condition.
However, when I tried to register the product on Razer ID to obtain my "7.1 Surround Sound activation code", I received an error message stating: "The product is already registered."
I suspect that the retailer might have sold me a returned unit as "new." The previous owner likely registered the Serial Number (S/N), claimed the one-time activation code, and then returned the headset. Now, I am stuck with a "new" headset but without the software feature I paid for. Can someone help me with this problem?
I can send valid proof of purchase (invoice) and a photo of the S/N on the headset.
