Where did you purchase your headset? Please try to dind your device's 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as mentioned here. If the card is scratch missing, I suggest you contact the reseller for a refund. Kindly note that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Make sure to buy your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. Take care!
