Hello,

 

I have a question regarding my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I try to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, it says that the product is already registered and that the code has already been used, but not under my Razer account. Because of this, I cannot receive the activation code by email.

 

Since the headset was a gift from abroad and I don't have the original scratch card, is it possible for you to generate a new activation code for me if I provide the serial number?
