Hi Razer Team!

I think it would be great to add Kraken V4 support to the Razer Audio mobile app.
Lately, I’ve often wanted to use my headset not only on PC but also outside, for example, while walking or traveling. However, since it’s not possible to adjust the sound, lighting, or other settings from the phone, it makes it less convenient and discourages me from using them outside my home.

I believe adding Kraken V4 compatibility to Razer Audio would be a great improvement — it would make the experience much more flexible and enjoyable for many users, not just me.

Thanks for considering this! 💚

Razer this is 2026 and its shocking that one of your most recent headset doesn't have app support.  Little things like this kills the urge to make expensive purchases like the kraken headset . Can you please look into support the kraken v4 headset ?

Cheers

I was honestly so happy when i got my kraken v4 but when i saw that they had support for all the hello kitty headsets but not this one it completely killed my mood especially means even if i change settings on pc it doesn't stay with the headset

They took this ability away from Nommo v2, Leviathan v2 and Chroma light strip set. You can no longer have devices use a saved effect from mobile. My favorite was static 000000. Black. Now they always return to default.

It was broke so hard devices used in SignalRGB or openrgb now have to be rewritten to accommodate this change

It’d definitely be good if it gets mobile support just so I can turn off the RGB.

I had the RGB flaring while on a red eye flight. Fine for me but not so much for my neighbours XD
