Am I the only one, that doesn’t have the "Razer Audio Controller - THX Spatial Synapse" option anymore in Windows audio options, after the lates synapse update?
Currently using Razer Kraken’s Tournament Edition. Without this setting, everything sound so awful! Is there a way to get it back, or should we wait for the update from Razer to get this option back?
I think we should wait for an update, unfortunately. I think everybody that uses THX is experiencing this bug after the newest update. Bring THX back, Razer! We need it.
No, I also have this same issue. This is ridiculous.
I have made a case, but all i got back was an automated message response telling me to wipe all the razer programs and reinstall. =\
The same thing happened to me, this will definitely be my last Razer product, I will not trust this company anymore.
Same here. Option seems to be in synapse still is it just being handled by that software now?
Dude, I use the same headset as you, I am also experiencing it, they say it is caused by software in the forums, an urgent update is required.
