Anyone else having issue with the surround sound app?

Hi guys, I recently got the Razor Kraken headphones that comes with the 7.1 surround sound. However, the surround sound app does not work for me at all. I am able to get to the login screen, but after I log in, it just minimizes and nothing pops up. There is still an icon in the toolbar though. When I right click the icon, there is only 'log out' and 'exit'. I am using a 64bit Asus Rog laptop. Anyone have this issue or any fix for it? I have reinstalled it multiple times already and restarted my computer as well. Thank you
