Astro A50 to Kraken V3 Pro

Just got the first pair of Razer Headsets ever, the Kraken v3 Pro after using an older pair of Astro A50 for a few years. It feels like the audio was much better and clearer on the Astro than it is on the new Kraken. I've tried messing around with the EQ settings but I'm not able to find anything that works. Am I doing something wrong here? For example I got on RDR2 and the environmental audio sounds clear, but shooting in general sounds very low. Same for some other games I have tried.
