Hi, I just received my audio mixer, I did my installation before starting my PC.But once I launch SYNAPSE, it shows me the RAZER AUDIO MIXER downloading infinitely and removes all the other devices I have.

Hi there,
Try updating its firmware. You can also repair your Synapse software by following the steps below:
1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”.
2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”.
3. A user account control pop-up window will appear, select “Yes”.
4. Click on “REPAIR”.
5. Wait for the installation to complete.
6. Restart your PC.
