Audio problem with Razer BlackShark V2 X

I recently bought the razer BlackShark v2 x and i think that when i turn the volume on the headphones all the way up, the left side is more louder than the right one. Im on a Playstation 4 if it matters. Also the mic is different on the ps4 for some reason

    I recently bought the razer BlackShark v2 x and i think that when i turn the volume on the headphones all the way up, the left side is more louder than the right one. Im on a Playstation 4 if it matters. Also the mic is different on the ps4 for some reason

    The team would like to start an investigation regarding this behavior. Please check if this is happening while using the headset to all applications and connecting to another computer/device. Otherwise, please submit a case or send me a PM including the following:

     

    a. MSInfo

    b. Synapse 3.0 logs​​​​​

    c. Synapse Version: (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”).
