Razer knows this is an issue within the software, support told me there was a newer version of Synapse that would fix the issue. That was two weeks ago and they went silent on me.

I don't see the update anywhere...
I can confirm that after the update everything works as intended,I do believe they are rolling the update out in stages and not everyone at once,but once you get the update they do work as intended with the thx options back and working.
To say anything it has taken then nearly 2 months to actually fix this issue which in any sense is BEYOND RIDICULOUS,overall they are working but won’t be buying anything razer again.
