I recently got the Barracuda X (2021) for Christmas and had the problem connecting the headset to my mobile device (S20 Ultra 5G).

The processes I perform are:

Turn on bluetooth > insert dongle > turn on headset.

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a technical issue or a problem with the way I connect it as I haven't found any information about it anywhere else.



And I have another question, I used the headphones with a 3.5mm connection on the Pc and dongle connected to the Ps5 and tried to switch between dongle and 3.5mm didn't work, then wanted to try again with Bluetooth didn't work either.

I can only speak for the 2022 version of the Barracuda X...



As far as I know is the dongle for the use to connect to PC and Playstation (via extension cable).

I connected my iPhone via the default bluetooth option.



There is an app called "Razer Audio".

Install this App, open it. Turn on your headset and and change to bluetooth mode, than pair this headset in your android bluetooth settings.
