Barracuda X 2022 - Need activation code

Hi!



I bought a set of Barracuda X headphones from Amazon but did not receive an activation code with my purchase.



When I use the online support it asks me for my serial number which I enter and then get the following message:



Activation Code

The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support.



Any help would be appreciated.
