Hello, I recently bought the Barracuda X Headset, but it was impossible for me to make it work in my laptop. I charged the Headset completely and then I connected de USB C wireless receptor to the computer. I pressed the on/off button until the blue light indicator was blinking, but it never got to connect. Changing the USB port did not fix the problem. By using the jack wire I could make it work in my phone, but neither in the laptop.
Does anyone know what could be my problem? Thank you so much

If you connect usb-c dongle to your laptop and you'll turn on your headset - what's the status of the LED status indicator on headset? Is it static blue? Or blinking?
Does the USB-C dongle is visible in OS device manager?

The LED indicator remains blinking blue indefinitely. The USB-C dongle appears in my device manager, but only if I connect it to a specific USB C port of my laptop. If I try to connect it with the USB adapter or in another USB C port, it is not recognized

Try other device is possible (other laptop) or some Android phone.
If it's still not working (blinking blue) - contact Razer Support, because it might be some pairing problem.
