Barracuda X mic not working after using mute button
I got this headset for Christmas, and I decided to try out the mic. During a call with some friends, I muted myself for a little bit using the mute button on the headset. When I press the button again, it's supposed to unmute me and let me speak again, but it doesn't. I searched up the issue on Google, but no results came up.
As I was trying to troubleshoot this issue, I realize that if I press the button, a very tiny amount of sound is inputted. I really like this headset, and it would be a shame to have to return it so quickly.
If anybody has a solution, please tell me.
