Barracuda X Ps4 issue

So I’ve been loving my new Barracuda X, but for some reason when I have the dongle connected via usb, the sound comes through perfectly, but the mic input won’t stay on for the headset. I got to audio devices, switch the input to the headset, it’ll work for a second and immediately revert to none or ps4 camer mic. If I plug it in with the 3.5 mm Jack works fine but I lose the spatial audio. Help

    Planning to buy this one... Did you try using it on other devices like PC/Laptop, Nintendo Switch?
