I have had this headset for a only a few months at this point and I am very disappointed that my Razer products keep breaking. I’ve tried all of the support methods they recommend, in which case my fully charged headset will not output noise and doesn’t connect to my devices. It responds when I turn it on, but it doesn’t output the successful pair tone.
It will continue to flash blue until I turn it off again.

I’ve tried pairing it to other USB-C ports to see if that was the issue, and nothing helped. 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue, the headset was working perfectly before this and I’m starting to think that Razer products just break like this..
