Looks great! It seems great and it even comes with chroma rgb, but it doesn’t have 3 USB ports like the first one, but the 3.5 combo port definitely makes up for it.

I just wish synapse 3 came to Xbox series x, then I’d get it.

Would really love if this was supported in the xbox app. Id so make it an accessory to go with my new xbox series x, as well as maybe the mouse matt. It would make my living room pop LOL

Hi, my base station V2 arrived today, all set up and looks great. It sounds amazing already, but so far I haven't managed to get an activation key for the 7.1 software. Does anyone know how long after registering the product I receive my activation key for the 7.1 software please?

V1 Chroma looks better, a shame as it's now hard to find at a decent price :slightly_sad: I am not sure on this version, looks a bit boring compared.

Yes, the design of the V1 was bolder, I personally prefer it too but I understand the safer approach.

Does this work without PC? I want to purchase this for a Console Setup and it wont be connected into a PC at all it could be set up is it able to hold profiles or anything? Any help is appreciated.

It depends what you mean by work. it should light up and have an LED pattern and cycle through. But you will have no control over it. It will just be a stand with a USB hub and audio port that lights up, without being able to control the chroma or audio options (No volume on the device, no EQ settings on device). But it is cool.

Appreciate the quick response, do you know if profiles on this device are a thing? Then maybe i can keep it on a version that keeps the chroma design i chose? The Volume and Sound part of the device probably won’t be used I have Steelseries 7P, just mainly looking for the Colour functions and Aesthetic.

Nope, nothing on the device. Only controllable via PC software. (Razer Synapse 3).

I'm sure you received your code by now, but I was having the same issue. After a couple hours with no activation key email I logged onto Razer support and chatted with a representative.

The official response is that I "need to wait 24 hours to receive a code".

I'm not sure why it would take 24 hours to send a software activation key, but the only response they would give is that it is because the software is only released with a limited number of products or some such.

Anyway, since there may be others who are wondering how long they might have to wait on an activation key so I thought I'd share my interaction with Razer support.

Just got my V2 and its great! However since I am a laptop user and moving my laptop quite a lot, im looking for a way to keep the lights on, without being connected to the PC. Now i actually found a pretty neat workaround, which is connecting my mobile phone to the V2 via an usb to usb C adapter. The lights work, however its only the basic effect and the chroma mobile app does not detect the V2 as a device. Anyone knows a way how to control the lights via the mobile phone? Razer employees, if You are reading this: Please enable support for the V2 via mobile. Im no mobile app programmer, but a thing like this, should be easily added via an update of the app :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:

I managed to find new stock of the old one, so much nicer and brightttttt RGB ;)
Although the top needs some padding or tape to prevent headphone damage, massive oversight...

How do you set this up to use a 3.5mm kraken headset with the Xbox Series X?

It's all plugged in but nothing happening?
