Black shark v2 can’t hear or speak
I’m on pc and downloaded all the software for the black shark. Now when I join an Xbox party chat on warzone I can’t hear them or speak to them, I can see that they are speaking just can’t hear them, not they aren’t muted and my sound is all the way up, can hear the game volume fine if they switch over to game chat

Were you able to install the new firmware onto the BlackShark V2? (Sep 2020 release)

Otherwise let us try some hardware troubleshooting
Connect your BlackShark to a different & well working Windows 10 PC with Synapse 3.0 installed and test the speaker and mic through that
it seems like that firmware update is just for the v2 pro i have the regular v2. its brand new just bought friday. also didnt come with any wireless dongle to plug in as the firmware update is requiring. i dont have another pc to plug it into either. it works great in game chat and in the game. but when i try and connect to a xbox party it just stays on connecting. the one time i did get it to work i couldnt hear the people in the party talking.
