Black Shark V2 PRO Need Help.

Got a problem with a new set of Black Shark V2 Pro

Wanted a wireless option for headphones, (with no or a detachable mic) as I don't use it.

the headset works, wired at-lest, (either using a single cable or using a sound dock. it works. )

Razer Synapse is not picking it up.

It will not work wireless.

I have restarted, un&reinstalled Synapse, u&reinstalled the Drivers for the device.

Tried multiple USB ports & a different computer all-together.

all to no end. think its the Wireless receiver? any Suggestions?

(Note: I have put in an RMA through Razer to get a new one) but I'd like to trouble shoot this further if anyone has any ideas?
