I have a problem with my razer blackshark v2 (RZ04-03230100-R3M1) the volume control. If you turn the volume knob above 80-90%, the volume drops on the contrary, and the balance shifts from the center. In addition, when adjusting the volume knob at high values, a small crack appears. How can I fix it or should I use the warranty

    I have same problem. can your headset go to 0 volume using knob? because i cannot. i wonder if it normal. i keep roll the know where it’s crack and now i think it ok. have you update firmware?

    I also have the same problem, it is probably to do with a certain model. When I put the knob above 50% the audio starts to shift to the right headphone and when turning it above 80% it makes a static noise. This happens no matter if its plugged into the included usb sound card or analog.

    Same problem on my razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed ….

    The knob works randomly after only 4 months of usage.
