The microphone on my Razer Blackshark v2 x headset does not work on the computer, it only works on the smartphone.

Hey,
Does your PC have two different audio jack ports? You can also try to reinstall your headset’s audio drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can send me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer BlackShark V2 X so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
