I tried everything, such as deleting the synapse and reinstalling it again, i reinstalled the headsets software too but it still shuts down after 5-10m. it shows a green light then lets out a beep sound then it turns off (the dongle)
i have no idea how to fix this, does anyone had the same issue before?
