When setting up a new set of headphones it looks like the headphones are not pairing with the dongle. When doing it the simple way per instructions the headphones just stay at flashing blue light. I’ve also tried the pairing utility and it fails every time.
The headphones work via the 3.5mm lead, and also fail to pair when trying it on another laptop.
My WIndows is up to date and so is the headphone drivers.
Any other ideas of what I can try?
I had the same issue. What I found after going through tons of threads and troubleshooting is other USB 3.0 devices/cables interfering the signal. I used the extension cable that came with the headset and placed the dongle away from CPU and other USB cables and it worked.
