When I start up my PC, turn on my headset, ALL audio sounds like it is at max possible volume. The only thing that works is unplugging and replugging the dongle. That completely resets it and it goes back to normal. I figured it was in need of a driver update, but there is nothing. Don’t know what else to do now about it.

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you reinstall your headset drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue.
- Open the "Device Manager".
- Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".
- Right-click the headset and select "Uninstall device".
- Restart the computer to fully remove the drivers. They will automatically reinstall upon restart.
