we had a issue where we could not stream from the xbox while the blackshark v2 was connected, we managed to update the headset through the razer site while connected to the computer.
after the update the streaming part is still not working, but now the mic is not working either, the xbox finds the mic it just does not receive any sound.
so now were stuck with no streaming and no mic.
any suggestions for this?.
btw the headset is working fine when connected to the pc, and yes we have tried the dongle on both xbox and usb while connected to the xbox.
