Just purchased the blackshark v2 hyperspeed wireless headset, and immediately ran into an issue. Whenever I am in a discord call/voice chat, my PC automatically blocks out any other audio like youtube/games/music. This happens when im using the headset wirelessly through the hyperspeed dongle, and through bluetooth. Now when I play through a USB cable from my headset straight to the PC, this problem is fixed BUT the audio quality is really terrible and sounds awful.
I have updated the firmware, deleted and reinstalled synapse (which the problems occur whether synapse is open or not), fiddled with the sound control panel on Windows 10, and a bunch of other things.
Do i really need to buy another headset just to use discord and another program at once?
